Dental Insurance and Payment Options
Financing Your Care
In our offices, we are committed to providing high-quality care and flexible payment options for all of our patients. Below you will find an overview of how we handle insurance as well as the payment options available to you.
Our offices are in-network with Delta Dental plans only. We submit claims to your insurance on your behalf. Any estimated out-of-pocket portion is due at the time of service, and any additional balance not covered by your plan will be the patient’s responsibility. Because every plan is different, your coverage will depend on the details of your individual policy — and our team is here to help you understand those benefits and we will do everything we can to help you maximize your benefits. Please remember to let us know if there are any changes to your insurance plan.
For out-of-network insurance companies, we will still submit the claim on your behalf for reimbursement; however, payment is due in full at the time of service.
If you have any questions, please contact our Financial Coordinator at our Concord Office at 603-225-0008, Option 2. We are happy to assist you.
